Peace, Good Will

Love and Peace Hands (from layoutsparks.com)

I feel like the world forgets the true meaning of the holidays.  It’s not about trees or presents or Santa Claus or food, or how many lights you can put on your house without blowing a transformer.  It’s not even about religion.  No, really, it’s not.  It’s a time to think more about what we should think about all the time: peace, joy, good will toward our fellow man.

Inspired by sadness for what I see as more and more lack of these things in the world, and by the hope in the article I saw checking my email today, I am going to post an example of these ideals every day from now through New Year.

My first PGW post is about Officer Larry De Primo of the NYPD.  Has anyone seen this yet?
